Leave the toast at home this is a seriously delicious breakfast cocktail. Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' Citrus Sour is sweet, refreshing and perfectly balanced with a burst of citrus.
Ingredients:
45ml Barossa Dry Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
2 teaspoons Orange Marmalade (we love Beerenberg Orange Marmalade)
2 drops Angostura bitters
2 drops Wonderfoam
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice and shake again.
Fine strain into chilled coupe and add dried orange garnish.
