Following a brief hiatus, our ever so delicious Semi-Gin is back and available for a limited time!
With a challenging vintage in 2019, we decided to give Semi-Gin a break, but an exceptional parcel of Western Barossa Semillon grapes in 2020 convinced us that it was time for a comeback… and we’re so glad we did.
A gentle ripening period through February has resulted in a bright, fresh yet decadent golden-coloured Gin. Flavours of coconut and burnt toffee sit alongside a balanced, yet complex, botanical structure from the Barossa Dry Gin.
The 2020 Semi-Gin sits alongside our recently released 2020 Barossa Shiraz Gin as two modern gins, which showcase and celebrate the Barossa’s most highly-regarded grape varietals in a unique and exciting way.
Best served neat over ice, with a slice of fresh lime, or in your favourite sour cocktail, we are delighted to finally be able to share this gin with you.
Get in quick though, with only 500 bottles available it will be around for a good time, not a long time.
