Now more than ever, it’s time to band together (in an appropriately socially distanced manner).
This week, we have closed our distillery tasting room for tastings and experiences. We look forward to the day we can welcome guests back in the door for our award-winning experiences (oh yeah, we forgot to tell you that we recently were awarded in the top 3 new tourism businesses in Australia at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards).
It was a little over 18 months ago that we opened our doors for the first time, and in some ways, the peace and quiet over the last couple of days have allowed us to take a breath and think about what’s next for Seppeltsfield Road Distillers.
Never the ones to sit and wait, our committed team are already working on exciting new initiatives to keep your gin needs fulfilled.
Thankfully the distillery is still open for bottle sales and over the coming days, our shelves will be stocked with other local Barossa produce to take away with your gin. 100% of the proceeds from these items will go directly to the producers, as we try to make the most of a shit situation and help our community. So come in, say hi, buy some gin and keep our guys in a job.
If you can’t get to our Barossa home, our web store is the place to go. We will be hand-delivering around Barossa and Adelaide Metro areas and all freight within Australia is free.
Now that we have a bit of time on our hands (and are already bored with each others company), you can expect a few more emails than normal, new product releases and new ways to engage with and experience Seppeltsfield Road Distillers.
As a small, family-run producer, our thoughts are with other local producers and retailers who are also facing unprecedented adversity.
To our trade customers who are doing it tough, we’ll reach out to you to see how we can help, but don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss any ideas.
We are all in this together and if all else fails, know that Chase has your back!
