Blood Orange Negroni | Cocktail Recipe

As Negroni week nears the end, we bring you a unique Seppeltsfield Road Distillers creation – the Blood Orange Negroni.

  • 40mL Barossa Dry Gin
  • 20mL Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 30mL Adelaide Hills Dry Vermouth
  • 10mL Campari
  • Garnish with Blood Orange rind.

1. Pour the Gin, Liqueur, Campari, and Vermouth into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
2. Double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
3. Twist/express the rind and rub around the rim before garnishing your Negroni to serve.
