To start Negroni Week, lets learn how to make a classic Negroni.
The perfect classic negroni is as simple as it is delicious, only using 3 base ingredients and some orange peel for garnish – you’ll be serving Negronis like a pro in no time.
For this recipe, we are using our Barossa Dry Gin, but this works equally well with our full range of award-winning gin.
1. Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
2. Double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
3. Express/twist a thick strip of orange peel over the glass, rub the peel around the rim and then garnish your Negroni to serve.
