Semillon grapes from 102-year old vineyard in Williamstown, were macerated in Barossa Dry Gin for six weeks, allowing the natural sweetness to cut through the gin spirit and develop. 60 ml of Barossa Semi-Gin
1 tsp Honey
15 ml Sugar Syrup (or 15ml of honey syrup)
20ml Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients on ice.
Fine strain into coupette.
Garnish with lemon rind or slice.
Enjoy!
