For Negroni recipe number 6, we are bringing you a distinctly SRD take on this classic – introducing the Blood Orange Negroni.
40mL Barossa Dry Gin
20mL Blood Orange Liqueur
30mL Adelaide Hills Dry Vermouth
Garnish with Blood Orange rind.
Pour the Gin, Liqueur, Campari, and Vermouth into a mixing glass or jug with ice.
Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
Twist/express the rind and rub around the rim before garnishing your Negroni to serve.
