A refreshing combination of ingredients including Savoury Allsorts Gin, mint, lime and ginger beer, this Savoury Gin Mule is balanced, bright, herbaceous, spicy and tart.
But be warned, these go down a little too easy!
45mL Savoury Allsorts Gin
15mL Sugar Syrup
15mL Lime Juice
10 Mint Leaves - torn
CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer
Lime round and mint for garnish.
In a shaker, muddle torn mint leaves with sugar syrup and lime juice.
Add Savoury Allsorts Gin and ice
Shake for 30 seconds until the cocktail is nice and cold.
Double strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
Top with Ginger Beer
Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
