Sweet and delicious, this cocktail brings big fruity flavours and bitter notes from the limited edition Varci Cherry Tonic Syrup, made locally in Barossa.
Another delicious negroni to add to the repertoire.
30mL Barossa Shiraz Gin
30mL Varci Cherry Tonic Syrup
30mL Classic Vermouth
Pour the Gin, Bitters, and Vermouth into a mixing glass or jug with ice.
Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
Twist/express the rind and rub around the rim before garnishing your Negroni to serve.
