A lighter style of cocktail that is delicious, refreshing, and fruity – the perfect cocktail to mark the end of summer.
We use Hayes Family Wines Barossa Rosé in this cocktail recipe, but any dry style of Rosé will do.
45mL Barossa Dry Gin
90mL of Barossa Valley Rosé
45mL Fresh Orange Juice
20mL Lemon Juice
30mL Strawberry Syrup
3 drops of Burlesque Bitters
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 30 seconds until cocktail is cold and well mixed.
Add fresh ice into a wine glass.
Double strain cocktail into the wine glass.
Garnish with pink apple slices.
