The third vintage of this award-winning release is bright, rich, and complex, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy a glass or two.
Produced by macerating Western Barossa Shiraz grapes in our award-winning House Gin, the 2020 Baross Shiraz Gin delivers soft tannins and rich shiraz fruit flavours with subtle juniper, orange and cinnamon notes.
A few recipes on how to enjoy Barossa Shiraz Gin
30mL Barossa Shiraz Gin
120mL CAPI Dry Tonic
2 orange slices (fresh or dehydrated)
DIRECTIONS
In a tumbler filled with ice, add your Barossa Shiraz Gin.
Add orange slices.
Pour in the tonic and enjoy.
30mL Barossa Shiraz Gin
30mL Campari
30mL Maidenii Dry Vermouth
A slice of orange to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to a boston glass filled with ice.
Stir for 30 secs.
Double strain into tumbler over fresh ice.
Rim glass with orange slice, and garnish.
30mL Barossa Shiraz Gin
20mL Amaretto
40mL Henschke Prue’s Verjus
1 fresh kaffir lime leaf
A slice of kaffir lime, a kaffir lime leaf,
& a maraschino cherry to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Bruise one kaffir lime leaf and place in base of shaker.
Add ice, Shiraz Gin, Amaretto, & Verjus.
Shake vigorously for 30 secs.
Double strain into tumbler over fresh ice.
Garnish with one kaffir lime leaf, a slice of kaffir lime,
and long stemmed maraschino cherry.
