Spring is nearly upon us, and our Orange Rhubarb Delight is the perfect cocktail to sip on the Seppeltsfield Road Distillers deck, whilst basking in the sunshine.
- 45mL Barossa Dry Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Rhubarb, Orange, & Fennel Syrup
- Simple Syrup (1:1)
Rhubarb, Orange, & Fennel Syrup
- Simmer 2 pieces of orange peel for 2 minutes in a simple (1:1) sugar syrup.
- Remove the orange peel and place in chopped fennel pieces and rhubarb.
- Simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- Let cool before using in cocktail.
- Add ice, gin, juice, syrup and piece of orange rind into shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 30 secs.
- Double strain into a cocktail tumbler over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a Orange rind.
