Bright, vibrant, refreshing, and full of deliciousness – Seppeltsfield Road Distiller’s Orange Sherbert Cocktail has been a massive hit in the Tasting Room this winter.
- 45mL Savoury Allsorts Gin
- 45ml Blood Orange Juice
- 30mL Lemon Juice
- 30mL Sugar Syrup
- CAPI Soda Water
- 5 drops Rhubarb Bitters
- Orange Sherbert & Blood Orange for garnish
- Rim high ball tumbler with Orange Sherbert.
- Add ice, gin, juice and sugar syrup into shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 30 secs.
- Double strain into glass over fresh ice.
- Top with CAPI Soda and garnish with a slice of Blood Orange.
