Sunshine, lime and mint – this delicious variation on a Gin Gin Mule is perfect for Spring!
A refreshing combination of ingredients including Savoury Allsorts Gin, mint, lime and ginger beer, this Savoury Gin Mule is balanced, bright, herbaceous, spicy and tart.
But be warned, these go down a little too easy!
1. In a shaker, muddle torn mint leaves with sugar syrup and lime juice.
2. Add Savoury Allsorts Gin, fill with ice and shake for 30secs.
3. Double strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
4. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
