Four days into Negroni Week, and no signs of slowing down…
For our Day 4 recipe, the team decided to get a little creative in the Tasting Room, and came up with the ‘Savoury Negroni’.
Pairing our Savoury Allsorts gin and Never Never’s Black Juniper Amaro, this delicious cocktail is savoury & herbaceous and is rounded out with the addition of Lillet Blanc & Rosso Vermouth.
1. Pour the Gin, Amaro, Vermouth and Lillet into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
2. Double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
3. Rub the dehydrated citrus around the rim and then garnish your Negroni to serve.
