A Barossa Valley take on the classic British cocktail known as a Bramble. Seppeltsfield Road Distillers have encapsulated spring, sunshine and good times in refreshing, bright cocktail, perfect for sipping in the sunshine with your closest friends.
Traditionally the Bramble is a balance between bright citrus, dark berries (blackberry), and confectionary sweetness (Crème deMure/Chambord).
Mixing the Chambord with the Shiraz Gin, adds layers of complexity, and takes this cocktail to another level.
