Tastings and cocktails are back… oh, and Jon’s beard is going too!
Ten weeks ago when we first closed our distillery for tastings and experiences, we had no idea what to expect. The team put a plan together to keep us all busy and productive, and we worked towards the day that we could welcome you back – Jon even pledged that he would grow his beard (dubbed Co-Beard19) until that day!
Today we can excitedly announce that from 11am, 29th May 2020, we will be welcoming you back to the distillery for tastings, food and drinks, and the farewelling of Jon’s beard, something Nicole is very much looking forward to.
With the latest South Australian guidelines allowing us to host 10 people inside and 10 people outside, we can provide a seated tasting flight (including our 2020 Barossa Shiraz Gin) alongside a delicious platter, whilst offering the same award-winning experience that our team are well-known for.
We’ve missed everyone, and want to be able to accommodate as many visitors as possible, so we are encouraging you to book ahead by securing a table and avoiding any disappointment.
Bookings will require pre-payment and guarantee your space for an hour, as well as a Premium Tasting Flight (or Cocktail), and until Monday 1st of June, will include a cheese package to eat as per the SA Government requirements.

With a number of Barossa cellar doors, cafes and venue re-opening, we also recommend planning your full Barossa visit ahead of time. When booking, ask our team if you need assistance with your itinerary.
Whilst this re-opening currently only affects our South Australian friends, we are hopeful that it won’t be much longer before those from all over the country can visit and enjoy our Barossa hospitality.
