The Fizzy Tart

Zesty, zingy, refreshing and delicious ... The Fizzy Tart is the grandaddy of lemon sorbet (for adults) thanks to the good hit of Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' Musician's Cut Gin.

Ingredients: 

45ml Musician's Cut 
15ml Agave Syrup 
2 mint leaves 
2 drops wonderfoam 
1/4 lemon, squeezed and dropped in 
Capi Lemon or lemon squash to top

Method:

Shake all ingredients on ice for 30 counts. 
Fine strain into glass over fresh ice. 
Top with Capi Lemon (or any lemon squash)
Garnish with mint leaf 
Enjoy!
