Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers' Vermouth is a fresh, regional and seriously delicious product that's set to stir up your 'at-home' cocktail game. 

Our new release is borne from a desire to create a quality Vermouth for use in our Tasting Room, and to create a product that works in harmony with our gin range. 

A wine forward style, dry Vermouth crafted from premium Barossa Semillon grapes (from the Koch family vineyards at Jacob's Creek, Rowland Flat) with fresh citrus and locally foraged wormwood. Zesty, fresh and clean with notes of white pepper and orange on the nose; expect a subtle sweetness with bright citrus, orange blossom, peaches and granny smith apples on the palate. 

Destined to be your new cocktail essential, but also a refreshing, low-alcohol drink on its own. This release celebrates regionality and shows that Barossa's world-famous grapes can shine in a non-wine approach. 

The ultimate aperitivo to amp up your cocktail game. 

Product contains minimal sulphites. 

How we're drinking it:

• In a Dirty Martini with Barossa Dry Gin and olives; or Dry Martini with Barossa Dry Gin and a lemon twist 

• Negroni with Barossa Shiraz Gin or Barossa Semi Gin

• On ice and topped with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic for a refreshing drink

• On ice, topped with Fever Tree Lime and Yuzu Soda for something sweeter.
