Crafted with premium Barossa Shiraz grapes, steeped in our signature House Gin, pressed, and then aged in French oak for up to 12 months, to deliver an elevated, dark, smooth, rich and moody gin that captures the essence of the Barossa. 

Think juicy, deliciousness of the ‘21 Barossa Shiraz Gin, but darker, moodier and moreish with deep Shiraz notes and flavours of dark chocolate, Turkish delight, and a hint of oak.
