We love adding our own Barossa twist to the humble Negroni and our new flavour for summer is the Semi Gin Negroni. A tropical twist on the classic, with a harmonious blend of fruity flavours, slight sweetness and bitterness.
It's refreshing, sophisticated, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any summer gathering. Mix one up at home.
Ingredients
30ml Barossa Semi Gin
30ml Campari
30ml SRD Dry Vermouth (or any Dey Vermouth)
Method
Add Barossa Semi Gin, Campari and Vermouth to mixing glass with ice.
Stir for count of 30. Pour into glass with fresh ice and garnish with orange peel.
