Sip into summer at Seppeltsfield Road Distillers with a bold new cocktail menu

Seppeltsfield Road Distillers is turning up the flavour for summer with the launch of a new seasonal cocktail menu, now available at its Barossa distillery and tasting room.

Designed to celebrate sunshine, creativity and seriously delicious gin, the new menu features a vibrant line up of handcrafted cocktails that showcase the versatility of SRD’s award-winning range.

From bright and citrus driven to bold, savoury and bittersweet, each cocktail has been thoughtfully created for relaxed summer sipping in the heart of the Barossa.

Standout serves include Blush Hour, a vivid twist on the classic Tom Collins featuring Barossa Dry Gin with lemon, dragon fruit and apple, and Hello Basil, where tropical mango meets fresh basil and citrus for an aromatic, refreshing pour.

For those chasing bolder flavours, Chasing Summer delivers a sweet and spicy passionfruit and chilli inspired serve with Native Ground Gin, while Cardi-P brings big energy with pineapple, cardamom and Savoury Allsorts Gin.

The menu also leans into deeper, more complex profiles with Oh Black Betty Bramble Am, a berry rich cocktail built on Barossa Shiraz Gin with blackberry and citrus, and the Sunset Negroni, a Barossa take on the classic featuring Barossa Semi Gin, SRD Dry Vermouth and Aperol for a bright, bittersweet finish.

“Our summer cocktail menu is all about flavour, balance and approachability,” said SRD Customer Experience and Brand Manager Jordan Stollznow.

“Each cocktail is designed to let the gin shine while offering something playful, refreshing and memorable for visitors to enjoy during the warmer months.”

Located less than an hour from Adelaide, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers has become a must visit Barossa destination, offering tasting flights, signature cocktails and immersive gin experiences in a welcoming and contemporary setting.

The new summer cocktail menu complements the distillery’s existing offerings, giving guests more ways to explore the range and enjoy time on the deck with friends.

The summer cocktail menu is available now and will run throughout the summer season.
