A trio of local favourites brings this classic to life, starting with our Barossa Semi Gin, celebrated for its tropical lift and notes of sweet apple, citrus and honey. SRD Dry Vermouth adds a crisp aromatic edge, while Aperol rounds everything out with a gentle bittersweet finish.
It is vibrant, refreshing and quietly sophisticated, perfect for warm evenings, long afternoons or whenever you want a little sunshine in your glass.
Ingredients:
• 30ml SRD Semi Gin
• 30ml SRD Dry Vermouth
• 30ml Aperol
Method:
1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
3. Add ice to glass & strain tumbler
4. Garnish with a slice of blood orange
