A sweet and spicy summer memory, inspired by the humble Passionfruit Chilli Margarita and crafted with our Native Ground Gin. Seriously delicious and perfect for warming you up on those cooler days as you chase the fleeting feeling of an endless Aussie summer.
Ingredients:
60ml Native Ground Gin
10ml Cointreau
25ml Passionfruit Pulp
10ml Agave Syrup
25ml Lime Juice
2 grinds salt
1-2 Fresh Chilli slices
Chilli salt
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice (depending how hot the chilli is you might want to add more or less chilli). Rim half your glass with fresh lime before rolling in chilli salt. Strain into coupe and enjoy!
