Ingredients
• 45ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
• 35ml Pineapple & Cardamon Syrup*
• 30ml SRD Vermouth
• 20ml Lemon juice
• 3 drops saline solution
• Topped with Soda
Method
1. Add all ingredients to shaker
2. Shake over ice
3. Double strain into flute
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf
