We've taken a classic Southside and added a sweet Barossa twist with our Barossa Shiraz Gin.
The brightness and boldness of the ’24 vintage Barossa Shiraz Gin make for a banging Berry Ginger Southside. It’s silky smooth, sweet, zesty and guaranteed to smack you in the face with lush berry fruit flavours.
Ingredients:
60ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
15ml Ginger Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Water
6-8 mint leaves
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with fresh mint leaf.
