Ingredients:
45ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
10ml Cherry Cordial
15ml Lime juice
3 wedges fresh Lime
Long Rays Dark Soda
Method:
Squeeze and drop in lime wedges.
Add remaining ingredients. Shake on ice.
Fine strain over ice into glass.
Top with Long Rays dark soda.
Garnish with fresh lime rounds.
