Ingredients:
45ml Barossa Semi Gin
20ml Lime
15ml Agave Syrup
3-4 drops Wonderfoam
Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients except ginger beer.
Shake again on ice.
Fine strain into tumbler glass with fresh ice.
Top with Ginger Beer slowly.
Garnish with thin curled lemon rind.
