Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' Christmas Pav Sour might have a flavour profile reminiscent of Nan's family recipe, with traditional strawberries and passionfruit, but it's the addition of our signature House Gin that will make this a stand-out on any Christmas drinks menu.
It's full of flavour and texture, it's beautifully balanced (just the right amount of sweetness and tartness) and if you close your eyes and take a sip, it might almost taste like you're eating a giant slice of Nan's famous Chrissy pav.
One large fresh strawberry (muddled)
30ml passionfruit syrup
60ml SRD House Gin
3 drops of Wonderfoam
15ml raw sugar syrup
Muddle large fresh strawberry
Shake passionfruit syrup, gin, Wonderfoam and sugar syrup on ice
Fine strain into glass
Garnish with slice of strawberry and fresh mint.
