Ingredients
30ml SRD Musician's Cut Gin
90ml Tea
20ml No Gin Syrup* (can be replaced with Agave Syrup)
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Passionfruit pulp
*No Gin Syrup Recipe - 200ml sugar, 200ml water, 8 juniper berries, 6 pepper berries, 3 dehydrated orange slices, 45ml Elderflower cordial. Steep for 20-30mins, fine strain.
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Single strain into fresh ice in a hi-ball glass.
Garnish with lemon and grapefruit. Enjoy!
