Our world-famous Barossa Shiraz Gin is a vibrant fusion of premium Shiraz Grapes and our signature House Gin. Crafted using the same maceration technique we've honed over seven years by steeping hand picked Shiraz grapes from a Stonewell vineyard on the Western Ridge of Barossa. To us it's gin and juice; Shiraz grapes from a Stonewell vineyard are left to steep in our uncut House Gin concentrate for 12 weeks. The result? A full flavoured, bright, juicy and sweet style gin bursting with bold berry flavours and hints of citrus.
