Turn up the heat with our Shiraz Chill Fizz cocktail. Made with our world-famous Barossa Shiraz Gin, this velvety smooth fizz carries just the right hum of chilli to warm you all the way through. It's a rich, bold and subtly spiced cocktail, and perfect for fireside sipping or as a spicy standout at your next get together.
Ingredients
30ml Chilli infused Barossa Shiraz Gin*
15ml Ginger Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
3 drops Wonder Foam
Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake (no ice).
Fine strain into sparkling flute glass.
Slowly top with Fever Tree Lime and Yuzu soda and gently stir.
Garnish with dried chilli on top. Enjoy!
*Chilli infused Barossa Shiraz Gin
Add two dried chillies to 500ml Barossa Shiraz Gin and allow to sit together overnight (do not leave longer than 24 hours). Strain off chillies and discard. Pour back into empty bottle.
