Built on SRD Savoury Allsorts Gin, this cocktail brings bright citrus and subtle herbaceous lift to the forefront. Aperol adds a gentle bitter glow, while juicy pineapple delivers lush tropical sweetness. Fresh lemon sharpens the edges and a touch of simple syrup rounds everything into silky balance.

Ingredients

•    60ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
•    15ml Aperol
•    45ml Pineapple juice
•    15ml Lemon juice
•    10ml Simple Syrup

Method

1.    Add ingredients to shaker with ice and shake.
2.    Single strain into and ice filled tumbler
3.    Garnish with two pineapple fronds & a dehydrated pineapple slice
