Shaken to a silky finish and topped with wild raspberry tonic, it lands crisp, lightly sweet and beautifully refreshing.

Ingredients
• 45ml SRD House Gin
• 30mL Lemon Juice
• 15mL Lime Juice
• 2 spoons Raspberry Jam
• 2 drops Wonderfoam
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Dry shake for 20 seconds
3. Shake again on ice
4. Double strain into chilled Hi Ball glass
5. Top with Fever Tree Wild Raspberry Tonic
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint
