Gettin’ Figgy With It brings together the bold botanical depth of our Musician’s Cut Gin, the bright orange lift of Cointreau, fresh lime and a generous spoonful of caramelised fig jam for rich, jammy winter flavour.
Shaken hard and served in a chilled coupe with a simple pink salt rim, it’s bright, bold and a little bit sticky in all the right ways.
A seriously delicious winter cocktail with plenty of oomph.
Ingredients
• 45ml Musician's Cut Gin
• 15ml Cointreau
• 15ml Lime Juice
• A generous spoonful of Caramalised Fig Jam
Method
1. Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a simple pink salt rim on glass
