A floaty, fizzy classic with an SRD twist
Cloud Nine Fizz is light, silky and seriously delicious, with Barossa Dry Gin bringing a crisp botanical backbone to this dreamy cocktail.
Fresh lemon and lime give it a bright citrus lift, while cream, orange blossom flower water and a touch of sweetness create that soft, cloud-like texture. Finished with Mediterranean tonic and a delicate blue cornflower garnish, it’s floral, refreshing and a little bit fancy without taking itself too seriously.
Ingredients
• 60ml Barossa Dry Gin
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 30ml Simple Syrup
• 30ml Cream
• 3 drops wonderfoam
• 8 Drops orange blossom flower water
Method
- Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice & shake for 20 seconds
- Double strain cocktail into a tall glass and half fill with ice
- Allow cocktail to sit for 2 minutes, the top slowly with Fever Tree mediterranean tonic water.
- Garnish with a dusting of blue cornflower
