This bright little troublemaker is built on SRD House Gin with Aperol bringing that bittersweet orange edge. Lemon keeps it fresh, while apple cinnamon syrup adds cosy orchard spice and a soft seasonal sweetness.
Shaken with Wonderfoam for a silky texture, poured over ice and topped with ginger ale, it’s crisp, warming and lightly spiced with just the right amount of bite. Seriously delicious from first sip to last.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml House gin
- 15ml Aperol
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Apple Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 x drops of Wonderfoam
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake
- Single strain cocktail into an ice filled tumbler glass
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Garnish with dried apple & dust of nutmeg
