Tropical, creamy and packing just enough action, this one lands with a smooth roundhouse of flavour.

Pandan Thankyou Ma’am brings together the bright, tropical lift of our Barossa Semi-Gin with the soft vanilla warmth of Licor 43, fragrant pandan syrup, juicy pineapple and creamy coconut milk.

A couple of drops of saline sharpen the edges, letting the tropical flavours shine without tipping into overly sweet territory.

Served over crushed ice and finished with dried pineapple and toasted coconut, it’s lush, playful and seriously delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml Semi-gin
  • 10 ml Licor 43
  • 20 ml pandan syrup
  • 45 ml pineapple juice
  • 30 ml coconut milk
  • 2 drops saline

METHOD

  1. Add ingredients to shaker with ice and shake hard
  2. Single strain over crushed ice in glass
  3. Garnish with dried pineapple & toasted coconut flakes
