This playful cocktail takes the sweet, floral nostalgia of musk and gives it a sophisticated edge with Seppeltsfield Road Distillers Savoury Allsorts Gin. Expect a deliciously balanced mix of licorice, spice, citrus, and that signature musk sweetness - just like raiding the lolly jar, but all grown up.

Ingredients:
45ml Musk Savoury Allsorts Gin*
30ml Musk Syrup**
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml SRD Vermouth
15ml Water
3 drops Wonderfoam
*To make Musk Gin leave eight small musk lollies in a 500ml bottle of Savoury Allsorts gin overnight, shake on occasion.
**To make Musk Syrup, dissolve 20 musk sticks in two cusp of water over heat. Add one cup of sugar and heat to dissolve. Low simmer for 10 minutes to reduce. Allow to cool.
Method:
Crush spare musk sticks to make a powder to rim glass.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake.
Double strain into rimmed glass.
