Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' playful and seriously delicious version of the iconic Clover Club cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Hayes Vermouth
2 drops Convict Bitters
2 drops Wonderfoam
Raspberry Syrup
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Smash the raspberries and mix thoroughly with the sugar. Allow sugar/raspberry mix to macerate for 30 minutes. Boil water, pour over fruit and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain the mixture
METHOD:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with raspberry lollies.
