Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' playful and seriously delicious version of the iconic Clover Club cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Hayes Vermouth
2 drops Convict Bitters
2 drops Wonderfoam
Strawberry Syrup
2 cups white sugar
2 cups water
1 cup sliced strawberries
Bring sugar and water to the boil stirring regularly until sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, simmer for 10 minutes. Cover strawberries with hot syrup and soak for minimum of 1.5hours in fridge. Strain off.
METHOD:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with raspberry lollies.
