A sweet, soul warming cocktail that couldn't be more Barossa if it tried. Named 'The Jon Special', this mix highlights the bright, juicy berry notes of the Barossa Shiraz Gin (carefully crafted by our very own, Jon Durdin) which blends seamlessly alongside the sweet Barossa white port (made by one of our distillers, Stephen John).
A perfect fireside sipper! It's smooth, sophisticated and seriously delicious.
Ingredients:
30ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
20ml White Port
10ml Dry Vermouth
3 drops Orange Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir well.
Pour over ice and garnish with fresh orange rind. Enjoy!
