Our take on the Dirty Martini, crafted with our seriously delicious gin and generous splash of our very own SRD Vermouth. We know there are many ways to mix this iconic cocktail, but we’re keeping it simple, sophisticated, and bursting with Barossa character.
Whether you're a martini purist or love a little twist, this version is stirred, not shaken delivering a chilled, silky texture with bold, savoury depth. Best enjoyed in good company, with a garnish of plump green olives.
Ingredients
60ml Barossa Dry Gin
10ml SRD Vermouth
Teaspoon olive brine
Pitted Green Olives (we love Penfield Olives)
Method
Fill coupe with ice or take coupe out of freezer or fridge (the colder the better).
Add gin, vermouth and olive brine to a mixing glass and stir well.
Discard ice from coupe and Julep strain gin into coupe.
Garnish with three green pitted olives.
