Ingredients:
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 piece semi/sun dried tomato (or four strips)
60ml SRD Native Ground Gin
10ml Vermouth
10ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
6 drops Tabasco
2 pinch Celery Salt
2 grinds Black Pepper
Green Olives to garnish
Method:
Muddle tomatoes in shaker.
Add all other ingredients and shake on ice.
Fine strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with green olives on a toothpick.
