Ingredients
60ml Barossa Semi Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 drops Wonderfoam
Method
Combine all ingredients in shaker over ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Fine strain into coupe glass. Garnish with folded lemon rind and Luxardo cherry; or keep it simple and garnish with dehydrated lemon.
