Zesty, zingy, refreshing and delicious ... it's the grandaddy of lemon sorbet (for adults) thanks to the good hit of Musician's Cut Gin. Tangy citrus flavours are perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness to deliver a super drinkable (and slightly fizzy) cocktail.

The ultimate summer cocktail and one that you can mix up at home with ease.

Ingredients:

45ml SRD Musician's Cut Gin
15ml Agave Syrup
2 mint leaves
2 drops Wonderfoam
1/4 lemon squeezed and dropped in
Lemon Tonic Water or lemon squash (to top)

Method:

Shake all ingredients on ice for 30 counts
Fine strain into glass over fresh ice
Top with Lemon Tonic Water or lemon squash
Garnish with mint leaf
