Refreshingly bitter, sweet, and bright – it’s the perfect combination and in our eyes sits happily between a cocktail and a G&T, plus it’s super easy to whip up at home.
Ingredients:
15ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
30ml Martini Reserva Bitter (or Campari as an alternative)
Half bottle of LongRays Pacific Tonic or FeverTree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic
Dried orange as garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients in glass and stir.
Pour over ice in a fresh glass.
Add garnish. Enjoy!
