Hello you sweet thing!
Our new vintage release Barossa Semi Gin is seriously delicious in a classic gin sour. Sweet, packed full of flavour and fruity with just the right amount of zesty citrus, this is one perfectly balanced and moreish cocktail.
Ingredients:
60ml Barossa Semi Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 drops of Wonderfoam
3 drops of Bitters (for garnish)
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice.
Pour into coupe or cocktail glass
Add three drops of Bitters on top
Enjoy!
