Say hello to the Ginger Lemon Drop featuring our navy strength style, Musician's Cut Gin. It's a sweet and soul-soothing tipple perfect for sunny days, cooler nights and everything in between.
Ingredients:
2 slices of lemon (muddled)
60ml Musician's Cut Gin
30ml Cloudy Apple Juice
20ml Ginger Syrup
Method:
Muddle lemon slices in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake on ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with wide lemon rind. Enjoy!
*To make ginger syrup - use 1:1 ratio of water and sugar. Heat on stove to dissolve sugar, add approximately 2-3cm knob of grated ginger. Turn off heat and allow to steep for four hours in the fridge.
