Shake up your Negroni game with a Savoury Negroni. It's a herbaceous twist on a classic Negroni, reminiscent of sunset with a lingering flavour profile and just the right balance of sweet spice, savoury and bitterness.
Ingredients
30ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
30ml Montenegro
30ml Martini Bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass on ice for count of 30.
Julep strain into cocktail tumbler over ice.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and dried lemon.
