Heats A Peach brings the bold punch of Musician’s Cut Gin together with juicy peach, fresh lime and a serious hit of chilli. A touch of salt rounds everything out, giving you a fiery, fruity cocktail that starts sweet, finishes hot and keeps you coming back for another sip.
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Musicians Cut
- 45ml Peach syrup
- 30ml Lime juice
- 1 Grind of salt
- 1 big chilli (cut up for extra heat)
- Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except Lime & Yuzu Soda to a shaker with ice and shake
- Double strain into chilled Hi-ball glass
- Top up with Lime & Yuzu soda
- Garnish with a dried chilli & lime
